Sure Send now keeps a history of every sign-in to your account, so you — and our support team, if you ask — can tell exactly who signed in, when, from where, and on what device.
Where you’re signed in
Go to Settings > Security to see every browser currently signed in to your account, with its device, rough location and IP address, and when it was last active.
- Sign out any session you don’t recognise. It is signed out on its very next request.
- Sign out of all other sessions signs out every browser except the one you’re using. By default it also signs out the mobile app and disconnects connected apps like Zapier and Claude; you can untick that if you only want to sign out browsers.
Recent sign-ins
The same page lists your recent sign-ins — password, Google, Apple, two-factor, the mobile app — along with failed attempts on your account, such as a wrong password or a wrong two-factor code.
New sign-in alerts
If your account is signed in to from a country or device we haven’t seen you use before, we’ll email you with the details and what to do if it wasn’t you.
Also recorded
Password changes and resets, email changes, two-factor changes, apps you authorize, and API tokens created or revoked are all recorded with the time, IP address and device, and kept for at least 12 months.
